Erus has many years of management experience working with local and international organizations. She has a master’s degree in philology.

Erus worked in the field of program and project management, implemented in cooperation with the most influential world organizations: UNICEF, UN, National Geographic, USAID. In addition, she has experience in managing, coordinating projects and programs in private sector organizations and in the most active youth organizations operating in our country.

Currently, she is engaged in establishing relationships with various business organizations in the field of educational start-ups, corporate cooperation, and attraction of additional resources.

Erus – is engaged in music and she is also a pedagogue-leader, working with young children and their parents.
