Igor Vologin
For more than 7 years, Igor works with youth people and manages local and international non-formal and outdoor education projects. A graduate of education and leadership trainings, internship programs, conferences, and seminars in several European and CIS countries.
He has more than 10 years of experience in Project Management on IT systems integration and software development. Managed international IT projects in Azerbaijan, Georgia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, and Montenegro.
Igor is Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified SAFe 6 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) and Lean Six Sigma certified specialist. For the past 5 years, he actively implements Agile approach on his projects. Works with international, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
He is professionally engaged in project management, team development, training, coaching, and mentoring.
Igor was a member of the group that worked on adaptation and implementation of the Eurasian Youth Program and a scout group leader in the Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan, and Scrum Master at the World Organization of Scout Movement (WOSM).
Currently, he works as an educator at STEP IT Academy and as a Scrum Master at Libertex Group. He is also a mentor in the Association of Young Teachers of Azerbaijan.
Managed and successfully completed many outdoor non-formal educational projects funded by United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and by National Geographic.
