Scrum Team
Scrum teams are self-organizing, self-managing, and cross-functional.
Self-organizing teams independently decide how to perform their work rather than following external instructions.
Cross-functional teams possess all the necessary competencies to perform the work and are not dependent on individuals outside the team.
The Product Owner is responsible for achieving the maximum value of the product as a result of the work performed by the Development Team. They manage the product backlog and act as a liaison between the customer and the development team.
The Development Team is a productive, multifunctional team of small size, serving as the primary working unit.
The Scrum Master helps everyone understand the theory, practices, rules, and values of Scrum. They do not give orders but rather address issues. The Scrum Master is a servant leader and a coach for the team.
